Visibility

Items have the following eight visibility settings:

  • Featured
  • Public - High
  • Public
  • Public - Low
  • Public - Bottom

  • Private
  • To Review
  • Retired

Public Visibilities​

The first five visibilities make the item publicly accessible on your Pro Webstore and/or Propcart Marketplace.

Use these five options as "visibility tiers" for ranking items in search results. Featured items appear at the top, followed by Public - High, then Public, and so on. Learn more about item ranking in SEO Rank Scoring.

Private Visibilities​

The last three visibilities are accessible via the Dashboard only.

Use these three options as follows:

  • Private: Active items that you don't want on your website. These items might be physical props missing photos, or they can be services like restocking fees, repair fees, cleaning fees, rush fees, delivery fees, security deposits, etc.

  • To Review: Items that need attention such as missing or incorrect data, no pricing, etc.

  • Retired: Items that were lost or sold that need to be kept for record-keeping purposes.

Default Visibility​

Items are set to Private by default, and then automatically set to Public upon successfully uploading an image. If you want to disable this automatic behavior, change your Default Visibility to To Review in your Inventory Settings.
