Users

Users are people that have access to either your Dashboard (aka "admins") or your Propcart Pro Webstore (aka your "shoppers", "buyers" or "customers").

Users count toward your billable records.

Admins​

Admin users should be created from the Dashboard's New User button on the Users list and NOT from your Propcart Pro Webstore. This is because Dashboard users use a different authentication system from your webstore.

If you are trying to upgrade a user created from your webstore to an admin, delete that user record on the Dashboard, then re-add it from the Dashboard.

Customers​

Your other users will be your customers who have signed up on your webstore. They should not have access to your Dashboard.

Roles & Permissions​

Create and assign different admin roles to your staff to limit their access to the Dashboard.

Collect email addresses for your newsletter​

For Propcart Pro Webstore customers, collect email addresses from visitors who want to subscribe to your newsletter.

Integrate with Mailchimp​

Automatically send your newsletter subscriber emails to your Mailchimp audience.

Impersonate users​

Log into a user's account on your Propcart Pro webstore via the Dashboard.
