Billing
The Propcart Billing system is divided into three tabs: Invoices, Deposits and Reports.
Billing is separated from the Sales side of the Dashboard because some larger prop houses have a separate team that handles the billing/accounting work and want hide it from other employees.
Invoices
In Propcart, Orders are lines on an Invoice.
Bank Deposits
This tool allows you to split bank deposits into smaller payments over one or more invoices to log those invoices as paid.
Reports
Billing Reports include:
- Invoiced Sales Summary
- Accounts Receivable Aging Summary
- Sales Tax Summary
- Payment Summary
