Paperwork

Download or email an order's paperwork from the order menu. Which documents appear depends on the order's status and type, and a canceled order has none.

"Rental orders" below means "Sales & Rentals", "Rentals Only", "Extended Rental" and "On Spec Rental" orders.

  • Quotes: until the order goes out, while it is "Draft", "On Hold", "Unscheduled", "Confirmed", "In Progress" or "Ready for Pickup". See Quotes.
  • Pickup Sheets: always.
  • Checkout Sheets: from "Confirmed" onward on rental orders, including after the items come back. On other order types, only while the order is "Confirmed", "In Progress" or "Ready for Pickup".
  • Outstanding Items: on rental orders that have gone out and still have items outstanding, or that are "Returned Late" or "Returned with L&D".
  • Return Sheets and Return Checklists: on rental orders from "Confirmed" onward, once you turn on Use Return Sheets? or Use Return Checklists? in your Order Paperwork Settings.
  • Packing Lists and Pull Sheets: always, once you turn on Use Packing Lists? or Use Pull Sheets? in your Order Paperwork Settings.
  • Installation Sheets: always, once you turn on Use Installations? in your Order Settings. Downloading one for an order without an installation shows an error.
  • Delivery Sheets: always, once you add a delivery method. Downloading one for an order with no shipping or return shipping shows an error.
  • Artist Payout Sheets: if Has Artists? is on in your Consignor Settings, once the order's invoice is "Open", "Overdue" or "Paid".

Return Sheets, Return Checklists, Packing Lists, Pull Sheets, Installation Sheets, Delivery Sheets and Artist Payout Sheets are under Download in the order menu.

An order's shipping and return shipping print on its Quotes, Checkout Sheets, Pickup Sheets and Return Sheets and on an invoice for that order alone, and its shipping on its Pull Sheets. See Delivery and Shipping.

Two order types have their own paperwork instead:

  • Loss & Damage orders have a Quote while they are "Draft" and a Checkout Sheet once they are "Sold", plus an Artist Payout Sheet if you use artists.
  • Security Deposit orders have a Request Deposit document while they are "Draft".
