Key Concepts​

  • A line item will show a red "Conflict" badge when that item conflicts another order with overlapping dates.
  • You can click on the conflict badge to see which order the item is in conflict with.

Advanced Concepts​

  • "Past Due" line items will create conflicts on line items with non-overlapping dates following the return date of the past due order.
