You can view your inventory activity on your Dashboard's Inventory Activity page.

In this video, I'll be showing you how Propcart collects and presents inventory activity statistics on the Dashboard.

As a prop house owner, you've probably spent countless hours photographing your props and adding them to an inventory control system like Propcart. Now that your items are up on your website, you want to know how your customers are engaging with your inventory.

I'll be reviewing the 15 statistics that we track including customer engagement metrics such as counting views, favorites, adding to setlists and quote requests. I'll also show you how to filter by different actions and date ranges, and how to exclude admins from your activity feed. Finally, I'll explain how to export a spreadsheet of your inventory and sort it by engagement stats, so you can make informed decisions about your business.

Customer Activity Types​

These activities track how many times a customer engaged with an item on your webstore or the Propcart Marketplace.

View Count​

How many time a customer opened or viewed an item

Favorite Count​

How many customers hearted or favorited an item

Set List Count​

How many times customers added an item to a set list

Quote Request Count​

How many times customers submitted a quote request with an item

How many times customers clicked on your company's store link when viewing an item (Propcart Marketplace only)

Click Check Availability Count​

How many times customers clicked on an item's "Check Availability" button

Send Check Availability Count​

How many times customers sent a "Check Availability" email for an item

Click Phone Number Count​

How many times customers clicked on your company's phone number when viewing an item

Copy URL Count​

How many times customers clicked an item's "Copy Link" icon

Email Count​

How many times customers clicked an item's "Email" icon

Download PDF Count​
