Invoices
In Propcart, Invoices contain one or more orders as "lines".
We separate orders and invoices because they each have different lifecycle of statuses. And sometimes you want your sales team and/or crew to have access to the orders but NOT to the invoices.

Relationships
An Invoice relates to other records as follows:
- has one parent Account
- has one or more child Orders
- has optional Payments

Hiding Line Item Descriptions
By default, each line item on an invoice shows the item's description below its title. If you'd rather your customers not see them on invoices, turn on Hide line item descriptions on invoices? in your Invoice Settings. This also hides the descriptions of a bundle's components.
This only affects invoices. Quotes, checkout sheets and other paperwork still show line item descriptions.
A related setting controls how much of the description your paperwork shows. By default, only the first line of a line item's description appears, cut off at 140 characters. To show the full description instead, turn on Show Full Description? in your Line Item Settings.
The setting applies whenever an invoice PDF is generated, so it also changes invoices you've already created the next time you download or email them.
