Invoices
In Propcart, Invoices contain one or more orders as "lines".
We separate orders and invoices because they each have different lifecycle of statuses. And sometimes you want your sales team and/or crew to have access to the orders but NOT to the invoices.

Relationships
An Invoice relates to other records as follows:
- has one parent Production
- has one or more child Orders
- has optional Payments
