This page uses the Forms & FAQs template by default.
We recommend the following format for your Forms & FAQs page:
New Account Section
This section includes four new account application links. The links you don't need are hidden in your page styles.
- COD Account Application
- Net 15 Account Application
- Net 30 Account Application
- Student Account Application
Forms Section
Common forms added to this section include:
- Rental Agreement
- Sample Certificate of Insurance
- W9
- CA 590 (California only)
- Credit Card Authorization form (Not recommended. Use our Credit Card Authorization page instead.)
- Trade References form
You can manage these forms in your Dashboard's Document Settings.
Be sure to make each document Public for it to appear in your Forms section.
FAQs section
This section is structure as a list of questions and answers.
Each question should use an H3 tag (three hashtags ### in Markdown).
