Picking a Plan

Propcart offers three subscription plans that include a webstore:

  • Pro Starter
  • Pro Standard
  • Enterprise

The website technology for each plan is the same. We even use the same codebase for the Propcart Marketplace. The websites differ mainly in cosmetics and page count, which determines how much time it takes us to help you build your website.

Each plan comes with a setup fee. We charge 50% of the setup fee to get started and 50% prior to launch. "Launch" means pointing your domain at your Propcart website.

The Pro Starter Plan​

The Pro Starter Plan provides an entry-level website for new or small prop houses on a budget. The website setup fee is $1,000 USD, and it takes roughly three days for us to build it together.

The branding is simple, minimal and neutral. The only cosmetic changes available include your logos, two fonts (header font and body font), two colors (a hot color and cool color), and button corner radius (square to round). Other than that, your website's content (copy and photos) will make your website unique.

Notice these websites look very similar. Again, they're for prop houses with small budgets who want to get up and running quickly.

The Pro Standard Plan​

With the Pro Standard Plan, we spend more time working with you on creating a unique look and feel for your website. It's for established prop houses with larger budgets who want to invest in a unique brand personality for their business.

The website setup fee is $5,000 USD and it takes roughly 30 days for us to build it together. We've had one client launch in two weeks and others have taken two years. The setup time is mainly determined by how quickly your team can make decisions and/or how eager you are to launch.

The Enterprise Plan​

If you're looking for a large website with more pages, custom design features and branding help, then the setup fee and build time is determined by the scope of work. Usually these websites cost more than $10,000 USD and take about three months to build. We call this plan the Enterprise Plan.

These plans typically include portfolio and project pages for prop houses who do custom work such prop fabrication or airplane sets.

Upgrading​

If you're on a budget now but you want to invest in your website when you're in a stronger financial position, you can start off with a cheaper plan and then upgrade later to a more expensive plan. Simply pay the difference in setup fees and the new monthly subscription fee.

Integrations​

Website Builders​

We do not offer integrations with third-party website builders like Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Weebly, WordPress, etc. Aside from the technical challenges, an integration would provide a poor user experience.

Propcart websites allow users to sign up and log in so that we can personalize their shopping experience with favorites, set lists, order tracking, invoices, and some limited personal contact information. This requires the website header to have Log In and Sign Up buttons which then get replaced with links to personalized pages like Favorites, Set Lists, Orders, Productions, etc. If we integrated with third-party website builders, we wouldn't be able to provide this personalized experience and dynamic headers.

Other Services​

However, we do offer integrations with Stripe, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Calendly, Google Maps and some AI services. If you are interested in us adding an integration, please contact us.
