Pricing for Brazil Customers
We want to be fully transparent about why Propcart pricing is slightly higher for customers based in Brazil.
Our Brazilian customers are hosted in São Paulo–based servers to provide fast, reliable performance and meet regional data and latency requirements. Unfortunately, operating infrastructure in Brazil is significantly more expensive than in other regions, and that directly impacts our operating costs.
Why Hosting Costs Are Higher in Brazil
Brazil is currently one of the most expensive regions in the world to operate production-grade cloud infrastructure. Compared to North America and Europe, costs are substantially higher due to a combination of factors:
- Higher import taxes and duties on servers and networking equipment
- Higher and less predictable energy costs
- Higher networking and bandwidth costs
- Limited competition among infrastructure providers
- A smaller pool of local, specialized cloud infrastructure talent
Because of these factors, our cost per customer is meaningfully higher in Brazil than in the U.S., Canada, Europe, or Australia. We price our Brazilian plans as fairly as possible while keeping the platform fast, reliable, and sustainable.
Propcart Subscription Plans
We offer one non-website plan: the Essentials Plan.
We offer three website plans: Pro Starter, Pro Standard and Enterprise. These plans include all the same functionality and mainly differ in the cosmetics of the website.
All plans include the same core functionality. The primary differences are in design, customization, and build scope.

In general, the plans differ mainly by setup fee:

All plans have about the same monthly subscription pricing at 10,000+ records because our underlying hosting and infrastructure costs are the same at that scale.
Monthly Subscription Pricing
All prices are in USD.
Essentials Plan
$21 per 1,000 records (up to 10,000 records)
$30 per 5,000 records after the first 10,000
$0 setup fee
Example 1: 4,500 records are billed at 5,000 records: $21 x 5 = $105
Example 2: 20,001 records are billed at 25,000 records: $210 + (3 x $20) = $270
Pro Starter Plan
$125 for the first 1,000 records
$10 per 1,000 records after the first 1,000 until 10,000 records ($125 + 9 x $10 = $215 for up to 10,000 records)
$30 per 5,000 records after the first 10,000 records
$1,000 setup fee
Example 1: 4,500 records are billed at 5,000 records: $125 + (5 x $10) = $165
Example 2: 20,001 records are billed at 25,000 records: $215 + (3 x $20) = $275
Pro Standard Plan
$215 for the first 10,000 records
$30 per 5,000 records after the first 10,000 records
$5,000 setup fee
Example 3: 4,500 records are billed at 10,000 records: $215
Example 4: 20,001 records are billed at 25,000 records: $215 + (3 x $20) = $275
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise Plan uses the same monthly pricing as the Pro Standard Plan.
The difference is in the setup fee, which depends on:
- Number of custom features
- Page count
- Integrations
- Level of customization
Enterprise sites typically start at $10,000+ USD, but the exact price is based on the scope of the project.
